    Counter-Notification

    If you believe that your content has been removed in error or that you have the right to use the material in question, you may file a counter-notification. To submit a counter-notification, please provide the following:

    1. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location prior to removal (including URLs or other identifiers).
    3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
    4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court for your location or the Northern District of California (if applicable), and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original DMCA Takedown Notice.
    5. Your electronic or physical signature.

    If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit to seek a court order to keep the content removed.
